Jesse Eisenberg blew up after starring as Mark Zuckerberg in the 2010 Facebook film The Social Network.
And though he is still fairly young, this is by no means his first
rodeo; he has a considerable body of work behind him. In fact, he made
his professional acting debut in an off-Broadway play called The Gathering, followed by a bow on Broadway as an understudy in the 1996 revival of Tennessee Williams’ play Summer and Smoke.
After receiving an actor’s dream education in these high-quality
productions, Eisenberg began delving into TV and film projects. He
starred in the 1999-2000 series Get Real alongside Anne Hathaway and then appeared in indie films like Roger Dodger. After breaking through in a leading role in Zombieland
opposite Woody Harrelson, it wasn’t long until he was chosen to portray
Mark Zuckerberg, one of the most successful young people in the history
of the United States. After voicing Blu in the film Rio, hosting Saturday Night Live, Eisenberg is still staying busy. Stay tuned to see what he does next.
